Plot
Emma reviews old VHS tapes, showing faded family memories of those distant 1980s, when she was still a child. As she recalls trips to the seaside and childhood laughter, she tries to piece together a story she never fully understood, to put the pieces of a forgotten puzzle together to discover that things were not what they seemed.

Emma Tusell
Emma Tusell studied directing at the Instituto de Cine de Madrid and then at the Escuela de Cinematografía y del Audiovisual de la Comunidad de Madrid (ECAM), where she graduated in 2003, specializing in Editing. After a documentary workshop in Cuba, she also opted for creative documentaries. After her studies she has worked as a film editor (such as her work in "Magical Girl", by Carlos Vermut, 2014; winner of the Golden Shell and Silver Shell at the 62nd edition of the San Sebastian Festival), documentary filmmaker (working with prestigious Spanish directors working in this genre: Víctor Erice, José Luis Guerín and Elías León Siminiani), director, screenwriter and even as the inspiration for "Musarañas" projects (where one of the short films is the basis of this work).
